IMC Strategy

IMC, which stands for Integrated Marketing Communications, is defined by the American Marketing Association as “a planning process designed to assure that all brand contacts received by a customer or prospect for a product, service, or organization are relevant to that person and consistent over time.” When developing an IMC strategy, we set out to create a roadmap that ensures your customers experience your brand in a consistent and cohesive manner, across all platforms and touch points; whether these be online, offline, or face-to-face.   • Develop a customer journey map to identify key interaction points with customer personas

  • Define SMART objectives along with the best channels for communications
  • Assess branding/ positioning needs and consider communication guidelines to support future marketing endeavors
  • Develop a content strategy that is aligned with the SMART objectives and branding needs
  • Develop a full IMC Strategy including tactics and implementation plan
  • Advise on how to reassess and iterate for longterm strategic direction
